Small Business Health Insurance Survey

Last Updated: August 02, 2012

Tell NYC How to Help Your Small Business!

Health care is a hot topic in the news - the Supreme Court has rendered its decision on the federal health care reform law.  Now what's next?

Our office, the Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access (OCHIA), part of New York City's Human Resources Administration, invites you to take a short survey about health insurance and health care reform.  With your help, we can learn more about your health insurance needs and how to better serve your business and other small businesses in NYC.

If you are a small business owner (with 50 or fewer employees) or an employee responsible for making health insurance decisions for a small employer, please take this quick 5-10 minute survey.  It's anonymous, and the results will be available in a future News Alert posting.

Thank you in advance for your help!
